Painting
So I really like painting...now I am not saying I am that good at it, but it really does make me happy. While I think it would be a great thing to do on a rainy day, I really only paint on sunny, warm days. I love painting outdoors or in the living room with all the blinds up and the windows open.

Thrift Stores
I love going into different thrift stores. Probably my favorite thing to look for is records. Wednesdays is half off day at our local salvation army. It makes everything better than it already is.

Burt's Bees
I absolutely love Burt's Bees chapstick. The Original only. I love the way it makes your lips all tingly and it lasts for a long time. It has been my saving grace this winter.
Writing Poetry
Writing poetry really helps me release stress, pain, and sadness. And of course I use it when I am overly happy, as well. I have no idea if any of it is good or not, all I know is that it makes me happy to get all these thoughts onto paper.

Picnic Tables
Picnic tables symbolize spring and summer to me, even when covered with snow. Spring and summer, and the thought of, make me incredibly happy. I found these pictures of picnic tables on Flickr and now I am absolutely hating that it has snowed the past two days. Bring on the sunshine and the 70 degree weather!

Summer Rainstorms
One of my favorite things in the world is to sit in a screened in porch anytime from June through August. It is even better if there is a midday rainstorm. If you focus you can smell the rainstorm coming. It's a perfect reading time or craft time, as well.

Feeling of Sand Under Bare Feet
I love the way sand feels on my bare feet. It is really freeing and relaxing, not to mention good for your feet. It also just symbolizes summer.
